We contracted out our gardening operations to Fine Turf Management, when our existing gardener resigned. We have found Damien and his team friendly, reliable, dependable, very hard working and value for money. Damien reports to me weekly, on work completed and jobs for the next week. I have found this level of accountability reassuring. Fine Turf Management also carry out our turf management. They bring experience to the operations and supply their own staff and machinery. The school does not have to purchase and maintain expensive machinery, for the renovation work needed on our ovals and passive areas. Damien is also available to consult over gardening and grounds issues. Damien is pragmatic and provides the most cost effective solution to the problem.
